II. Clean production
1. How dust affects the product
In the electronics industry the dust affects product quality. A dust particle of the size of 1 micrometer is enough to damage a semiconductor circuit
Bụi Dust particles may contain moisture (water / oil), organic materials (carbon), various minerals and / or chemicals. Impact on PCBs and connectors / contacts. Dust can cause electrical leakage, short-term, build up on heat sinks, power connectors or active devices that can cause overheating.
Kém Poor contact in relays, switches and connectors
Can reduce surface insulation resistance. Dust particles can increase friction on the contact surface, thereby promoting corrosion, thus possibly changing the contact.
Dust particles act as dielectric materials to cause signal interference in signal and current connectors as well as affect the processes of printing, optical assembly, food packaging, pharmaceuticals, coating coating, paint, plating, semiconductor.

2. Where does dust come from in production
There are many sources of dust, but mainly from some sources
•	Air
•	Human
•	Machines
• Cartons, cardboard, MDF, Pallet ...
• Motion
• Room structure
3. Clean production at ISV
Understanding the importance of dust to the product, at ISV apply a number of measures to limit dust:
• Install an electrostatic eliminator to eliminate electrostatic precipitation
• Remove all waste and waste from the production area
• Do not use carton boxes, wooden pallets, MDF panels in production rooms
• Wrapping material rolls during storage
• Equipped with clean room clothes during the production process
• Restricting access, make sure that doors are sealed during production
• Minimize people in production room
• Ensure cleanliness of machines, floors and tools
• After finishing cleaning, wait 120 minutes before starting production
• Conduct checksheet before production.
• Develop a dust test procedure
• Conduct training to raise people's awareness about the impact of dust on production
